To honor the 196th birthday of Taras Shevchenko, a celebration will be held at 4 pm on Sunday, March 21, 2010 at the Ukrainian Catholic Church hall at 4400 Palm Avenue, La Mesa, California. The event is organized by the House of Ukraine, and there is no admission charge.
